Our third wellness workshop focused on building productive habits and routines that support balance and well-being. Students learned how small, consistent actions create lasting change, exploring James Clear’s Atomic Habits principle that “you do not rise to the level of your goals—you fall to the level of your systems.”
Through group discussions and interactive exercises, participants examined the habit loop—cue, response, and reward—and applied strategies for breaking unhelpful patterns and reinforcing positive ones. They also practiced the Two-Minute Rule, Wise Mind, and Problem-Solving techniques to manage procrastination, strengthen focus, and approach challenges calmly and effectively.
