Workshops

For the 2024–2025 school year, Once Upon A Teen hosted a series of interactive Wellness Workshops designed to help students strengthen emotional resilience, develop healthy habits, and build meaningful connections. Each session combined guided activities, open discussions, and practical tools that made wellness both engaging and actionable — empowering teens to care for their minds, bodies, and relationships in everyday life.

Workshop #1 & #2 (Fall 2024) 

Mindfulness & Stress Management

Our first wellness workshop, led in collaboration with the Teen Wellness Alliance, guided students through the fundamentals of mindfulness and stress management.

Workshop #3 & #4 (Winter 2024) 

Managing Anxiety

Our second wellness workshop, Managing Anxiety, helped students understand what anxiety is, recognize its signs, and learn practical ways to regain calm and control.

Our fourth wellness workshop centered on building and maintaining healthy relationships, focusing on the foundations of respect, communication, boundaries, honesty, and trust.
